Janice Maher – Co-Founder & Partner
With over 20 years in the natural products industry, Janice co-founded Crescent Marketing to focus exclusively on sales and marketing within the Rocky Mountain region. She manages retail accounts in Colorado Springs and the Western Slope of Colorado.

Warren Maher – Co-Founder & Partner
Warren brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Before launching Crescent Marketing, he worked at UNFI in Denver. He now oversees sales and service for retail accounts and corporate offices.

Louise Solton – Sales & Merchandising (CO & SE Wyoming)
Louise has over a decade of experience in the natural products industry. As a Licensed Cosmetologist, she manages retail accounts in North Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Southeast Wyoming.

Cassie Paul – Sales & Merchandising (CO)
Cassie has over two decades of experience in the natural products industry. She manages retail accounts in Colorado Springs, South Denver, and Pueblo.

Cecilia Montoya – Sales & Merchandising (NM & SW Colorado)
Cecilia’s background in direct sales and her expertise as a Licensed Aesthetician make her an invaluable asset. She supports retail accounts in New Mexico and Southwest Colorado.

Karla Horst – Demo Coordinator (CO)
Since 2015, Karla has led brand demos for Crescent Marketing’s clients. With extensive retail experience in natural products, she helps brands connect directly with consumers in a meaningful, engaging way.
